By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, submitting information, requesting a consultation, purchasing a product, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Telehealth Consent, and any other policies we make available on the platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. About HimStrong
HimStrong is a Kenya-registered digital health company that operates a technology platform designed to help users access health and wellness-related services.
Our platform may include:
- online health assessments.
- telehealth support and coordination.
- educational content.
- product ordering.
- prescription coordination where applicable.
- customer support and follow-up services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, HimStrong is not the direct provider of medical treatment. Clinical care, where applicable, is delivered by independent licensed healthcare professionals and partner facilities acting under their own professional responsibilities.
3. Eligibility
You may only use our platform if:
- you are at least 18 years old.
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You must be physically located in Kenya at the time of receiving telehealth services through the Platform.
- the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current; and
- your use of the platform complies with applicable law.
If any service is made available for a minor, it must be accessed through a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person, subject to applicable legal and clinical requirements.
4. Medical Disclaimer
The information made available on our platform is for general informational and service-support purposes only. It is not a substitute for in-person medical care, emergency care, or individualized medical advice.
You should not ignore professional medical advice, delay seeking treatment, or start or stop treatment solely based on content available on the platform.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention from the nearest hospital, licensed clinician, or emergency service.

5. Telehealth Services
Where telehealth services are offered through the platform, you may be required to complete a health questionnaire and provide relevant medical information before your request can be reviewed.

- telehealth may not be suitable for every condition.
- a clinician may determine that in-person care is necessary.
- not every consultation will result in treatment, a prescription, or a product recommendation.
- all prescribing and clinical decisions are made independently by licensed healthcare professionals.
HimStrong does not guarantee that you will receive any medication, diagnosis, or treatment outcome.
6. Your Information and Account Responsibilities
To use certain services, you may be required to register, complete forms, or submit personal and health-related information.
You agree that:
- all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
- you will promptly update any information that changes.
- you will keep your account credentials confidential.
- you are responsible for activity that takes place under your account unless you notify us of unauthorized access.
We may suspend or refuse access if information provided is false, misleading, incomplete, or creates legal, clinical, or safety concerns.
7. Products and Orders
We may make wellness products, health-related products, and other lawful items available through the platform.
All products are subject to:
- availability.
- pricing confirmation.
- eligibility checks where applicable.

- acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to reject, limit, delay, or cancel any order where necessary, including where:

- prescription products are for lawful personal use only and must not be resold or transferred improperly.
9. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on the platform are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
By submitting an order, you authorize us or our payment partners to charge the payment method you provide for:
- product costs.
- consultation fees.
- delivery charges.
- subscription fees where applicable.
- any disclosed taxes or related charges.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are valid and up to date.
We may use third-party payment service providers, and their services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
Some services or products may be offered on a subscription or recurring-delivery basis.
If you enroll in a recurring plan, you authorize repeated charges at the disclosed frequency until cancellation.
You may cancel future renewals in accordance with the instructions provided on the platform or by contacting support. Cancellation will generally apply to future billing cycles and will not automatically reverse charges already validly incurred.
11. Delivery and Fulfilment
Where delivery is offered, timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, verification requirements, location, logistics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For some products, delivery may require identity confirmation or receipt by the intended user.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, supply interruptions, regulatory review, or incorrect delivery details provided by you.
12. Returns and Refunds
Because some products may be health-related, personalized, sealed, dispensed, or safety-sensitive, not all items are eligible for return.

- consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation process has started.
- prescription-related charges may not be refundable once review, approval, dispensing, or fulfilment has taken place.
- opened, used, or tampered products may not be returned.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

You agree not to:

14. Content and Intellectual Property

We aim to keep the platform available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HimStrong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform or services.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, unlawful misconduct, or any matter that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
22. Suspension and Termination
